Facebook Privacy Update: Now anyone can find you on Search Results

Facebook has killed the Privacy option to prevent our Facebook account being indexed on the Facebook Search results. There was a Privacy Setting in Facebook, which was of a great help to many Facebook users, to keep themselves hidden on Facebook. With the removal of that, some users feel themselves being exposed on the internet.

The Social Network on Thursday said that they will kill off a privacy setting which kept users hidden from Search results. It was the "Who can look up your timeline by name" option that they removed.

Now, they have put up a notification for those users who were using this setting earlier. The notification would look like this.

People always thought this setting as a level of Security, being this option removed people feels a bit exposed on the web. According to my personal point of view, Facebook should have left that to the users, because privacy always matters.
